Job Title: Investor Relations Officer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement investor relations strategies and communication plans.
• Prepare announcement to the market, Authorities and Investors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, shareholders, analysts, and financial institutions.
• Prepare investor presentations, annual reports, press releases, and financial communication materials.
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and stakeholder events.
• Monitor market trends, shareholder activities, and competitor performance.
• Support fundraising initiatives, investment proposals, and due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and executive teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of information.
• Maintain investor databases and communication records.
• Prepare reports and analysis for senior management regarding investor feedback and market perception.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements.
• Assist in enhancing the company’s corporate image and market reputation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, IR certification).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and investment principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools.
• 5-10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, banking, or related fields.
• Experience working with publicly listed companies or investment entities is preferred.
• Very good knowledge of Arabic and English languages.
