The Gulf Navigation group started in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman in 2001
as Gulf Navigation & Brokerage LLC (GNB) to serve existing trading interests
of the partners and as a national partner for the upcoming Omani Government strategic
investment in the tanker industry.

The Company moved headquarters in 2003 to Dubai and was established as a local
Emirates holding entity with subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Oman and joint
ventures in the UAE and Greece. The Gulf Navigation group partners operate sister
companies trading in oil and derivatives and dry chemicals and fertilizers, with similar
set-up in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

The Gulf Navigation group profile has expanded its influential network to various types
of activities such as Protective Agency and husbandry throughout the GCC, Ship Supplies
and spare parts, Bunker Supply, Chartering & Brokerage, Ship Management and Class and
manufacturer representation, to name a few.
