Engineer Abdullah Al Shuraim held leading positions in major companies in Saudi Arabia including, chief executive officer national shipping company PJSC for 6 years, chief executive officer national chemical carriers for 3 years, vice chief executive Saudi Arabian public transport company PJSC 4 years, and regional manager Saudi telecom for 8 years. He chaired the board of NSCSA America, Mideast ship management in Dubai, and a board member of west of England insurance, ACC, and NCC. Engineer Al Shuraim graduated from Purdue university West Lafayette Indiana USA.

Mr. Rashid Al Shamsi has actively been working in the marketing and distribution of petroleum products for over 22 years. He started his career with Emarat in 1983 as retail development engineer, then promoted to aviation coordinator from 1987 to 1989. He moved on to become the marketing manager for one year in 1990 and then was appointed as deputy general manager (sales & marketing) in 1992. In 2002, he was appointed as the general manager of Emirates General Petroleum Corporation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He pioneered many initiatives that have contributed to the highly respected placement of Emarat in the UAE and region.

Rashid Al Shamsi is the Chairman of Emarat subsidiary companies and joint ventures, namely: EMOJET for aviation fuelling, a joint venture with ExxonMobil at the Dubai International Airport; EMOIL for Petroleum Storage FZCO, a venture company located in Jebel Ali free zone in Dubai for the blending and storage of petroleum products, jointly with BP Singapore PTE Limited and Trafigura Beheer B.V.; EMDAD for Aviation Fuel Storage FZCO, a joint venture company with BP Global Investments Ltd and Shell Trading (ME) Private Limited, located in Jebel Ali free zone in Dubai, Maritime Fuel Storage & Supply Company Limited FZCO. He is a Member of General Assembly Council of Emarat Misr Petroleum Company in Egypt.

He is a founding partner of MEECON (for architectural and engineering project Management consultancy) and the owner of Al Shamsi Property Management Company in Dubai. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering and Building Science from the University of Southern California, USA in 1982.

In addition to his responsibilities, he enjoys a successful business and social life. He is the Vice Chairman of Dubai Financial Market, the Vice Chairman of Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC (Dubai), and Board Director of Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME).

He was Member of the board of directors of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (1991-1997).

Mr.Hazza AL-Qahtani is one of the major founders of Gulf Navigation Holding .He is qualification include a Master of Business Administration from United States and BA in Economics. Mr.AL-Qahtani has over a twenty years of experience in one of international shipping company in the top management executive level, and been a board member in several companies. Mr.AL-Qahtani in addition to his current positions with Gulf Navigation holding as a board member and executive committee member, he is the Chairman and Managing Director of Amad Investment Holding, and the President of Byoun International Group.

Mr. Ghazi Abdulrahim Al-Ibrahim held positions with Exxon Chemicals, Essochem , Saudi Basic Industries Corporation . Mr. Al Ibrahim was President of NSCSA Asia (ship owner and agencies service in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong) and president of Mideast Ship Management in Dubai. He is also a member of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and the Clean Sea Organization. Mr. AL- Ibrahim graduated from Berkeley University (AA), San Diego State University (BS) and same Houston State University (MS).

Mr. Fahad Sunetan Al Otaibi

Chairman of Arab Combined Shipping & Transport Co .which has been well established as a result of keeping with the growth of years together with professional experience in shipping & road transportation, and by handling RO-RO, B/Bulk & Chartered Vessels carrying regular commercial cargo and Government project cargo, the company was nominated as an exclusively handling agent in for many companies in Kuwait as well.

He is also one of the founders of Gulf Navigation Company and board member since 2003.

Mohammed Al Muallem, Senior Vice President & Managing Director – UAE Region of DP World, holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Degree from the University of Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. and has completed extensive training in U.K. at the University of Manchester, Cranfield College and British Airways obtaining qualifications in Cost & Budgetary Control, Planning Maintenance and Computer Systems and Condition Based Maintenance. He also attended a Risk Management Course at the Institute of Banking & Finance in Bahrain.

Mr Muallem joined Port Rashid in 1983 as a Trainee being promoted to Planning Engineer in 1985 and in 1987 to Assistant Port Engineer Manager. In 1991 he was appointed Senior Manager Technical when Dubai Ports Authority was created with the merger of Port Rashid and Jebel Ali Port; he was then promoted to Deputy Technical Director in 1992, Technical Director in 2000, Chief Director Technical in July 2002 and Executive Director Technical & Technology in November 2003.

Mr Muallem was appointed Chairman of the Executive Merging Team of Dubai Ports Authority, Dubai Customs and the Free Zone in 2000 and in May 2004 Executive Coordinator for the Terminal 2 Development. In September 2005 DPA and DPI Terminals merged to form DP World, Mr. Muallem was then appointed as Senior Vice President & Managing Director of DP World's UAE region.

Mr. Ali Hamdan Ahmed is holding a master`s degree in business administration (MBA) from the American University of Sharjah in 2004, and obtained the master`s degree in science from Pennsylvania, USA in 1998, and a bachelor of science from the University of the United Arab Emirates in 1994.

Mr. Ali Hamdan Ahmed obtained several other certificates such as Investments Decisions Making from Harvard University, USA, Macroeconomic and financial policies from the International Monetary Fund in Washington, USA, and also the Foreign Direct Investment from Arab Management Development Organization, Arab Republic of Egypt.

Mr. Ali Hamdan Ahmed currently is Deputy Director of Investment Department, Ministry of Finance, UAE, and formerly occupied the position of General Manager of Fujairah water Company. In 2000 he served as Assistant General Manager in Rock Wool Factory, also served as Manger of Emirates Ceramics Factory.

Mr. Ali Hamdan Ahmed participates in several committees, including the Investment Environment Development Committee and the Committee of the General Data Dissemination System for the preparation of statistics for financial and economic sectors of the state.

He is also a member of the negotiating team of Gulf Free Trade Agreements (FTA) specialize in negotiations between the GCC states and other countries, also he is a member of the United Arab Emirates negotiating team for the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement and the negotiation team of the Bilateral Investment Treaties BIT ( Promotion and Protection of Investments).

He is currently Board Member of the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation, located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Ali Hamdan Ahmed won Sheikh Rashid Scientific Achievement Award two times in 1999 and in 2006.

Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Housani holder a Bachelor of degree in accountancy and Economics from AL Ain University in the United Arab of Emirates on 1987.

Mr. Abdullah Al-Hosni is currently Area Manger of Abu Dhabi National Bank, main branch. Formerly he occupied many places where he served as a Deputy General Manger of Salem CO.
